Harsha is a seasoned professional with over 8 years of experience in façades and fenestration products, specializing in new product development for both Indian and international markets. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University, India. Currently, Harsha is responsible for leading the engineering division within the pre-award project process, overseeing technical compliance, pre-construction activities, design, and structural analysis for façade and fenestration projects. Previously, Harsha spearheaded the development of innovative products tailored to various international markets, addressing distinct product standards, construction requirements, and testing protocols. He has worked closely with Schueco’s headquarters in Germany, managing collaborative development efforts. With a strong background in concept design, technical expertise in fenestration, and extensive experience in testing, Harsha brings a comprehensive skill set to every project. Outside of work, he enjoys automotive sketching, baking, and watching movies.
