Ravishankar supports the TS&D team to drive projects in innovation and transformational growth projects. In addition, he has domain expertise in providing design support and demonstrated technical leadership in building facade projects for India, Bangladesh & Sri Lanka. Ravi joined Dow in 2007 as Application Engineer & Technical Support for Dow Corning supporting High Performance Building Division. He was instrumental in building lab capability for construction business in India which facilitated a better & faster response to regional customers.
