David Cleary

David is a highly experienced Contracts Manager with over 25 years’ in the construction industry. He has successfully completed numerous large-scale projects across various sectors, including industrial, commercial, residential, retail and leisure and has also managed the delivery of several challenging conservation projects. He recently completed the dual projects of the 270-bedroom Premier Inn Hotel and the 104,000 Sqft. Freight Building in Dublin City which form part of the Dublin Docklands Masterplan. The landmark Freight Building provides LEED Gold and WELL Gold Certification and incorporates a broad spectrum of sustainable principles to achieve an A3 BER rating and includes a striking high performance façade design.
