Scott Taylor

Scott is responsible for managing the repositioning of Marquette’s portfolio of assets including planning, design, and construction delivery. Scott’s role is focused on assessing existing assets and identifying areas for physical and operational improvement. Often these ‘value add’ improvements involve some form of treatment to the façade, lobby upgrade, expansion of gross floor area and major upgrade to the services. Scott has been involved in numerous retail and office building refurbishments and has keen interest in the alignment of the improvements with positive sustainability outcomes.
