Charles Thomson

Charles Thomson, AIA, LEED AP is an Associate Principal at CetraRuddy, having joined the firm in 2013. He has led a diverse range of projects, including multifamily housing, education, and workplaces. Highlights of his portfolio include Rose Hill, a 45-story residential condominium on East 29th Street; 412 West 15th Street, an 18-story commercial building in the Meatpacking District; and Corporate Commons Three, a sustainable, mixed-use commercial building on Staten Island with a charter school, restaurant, and rooftop farm. Currently, Charles leads the design teams for 29-10 Northern Boulevard and 77 Commercial Street – two high-rise residential rental projects in New York City.
