Rajeev Trehan

Rajeev Trehan graduated from Sir J. J. College of Architecture, Mumbai in 1990 and joined Architect Hafeez Contractor. He has been in practice ever since. In his experience of over 24 years, he has been in charge of several large-scale projects and has been involved with commercial, residential and IT park projects totalling over 30 million sq. ft. Master planning projects are also a part of his portfolio. He has handled a very diverse range and style of projects. Some notable office projects are Procter and Gamble Plaza, Nestle House, Ericsson, Bayer House and large IT parks in Hyderabad, Pune and Cyber City in Gurgaon. Key residential projects are Seawoods Estate and DLF City Phase V, which includes master planning (500 acres) and buildings such as Aralias, Magnolias & Pinnacle — and the most recent one in Dubai, called 23 Marina, which is an 88-storey, 397 m tall tower (the tallest residential building in the world in 2012).
